ASSEMBLYMAN COLIN SCHMITT ENDORSED BY FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE
Assemblyman Colin J. Schmitt (R,C,I,LBT,SAM- New Windsor) has been proudly endorsed for reelection by the 20,000 member strong NYS Fraternal Order of Police.
The Fraternal Order of Police is the oldest and largest national association of law enforcement professionals which based their unanimous support on Assemblyman Schmitt’s demonstrated and continued support of police professionals.
NYS FOP President Mike Essig stated, “The NYS FOP stands with Assemblyman Colin Schmitt and fully endorses his re-election. The Assemblyman has a proven track record of supporting police professionals and working to keep our communities safe. Colin has the courage and compassion to stand with us and we stand with him.”

Colin Schmitt is committed to public service. Colin is a member of the U.S. Army National Guard and Assemblyman for the 99th NYS Assembly District which includes the Town of Stony Point in Rockland County and The Towns of Wawayanda, Goshen, Hamptonburgh, Chester, Blooming Grove, New Windsor, Cornwall, Highlands and Woodbury in Orange County. Colin lives in the Town of New Windsor with his wife Nikki and their beloved adopted Catahoula Quincy!
